Please note that the plugin is not compatible with the "Batching notifications" feature. The users in the batch notifications are not anonymized.

To enable anonymization in the email notifications, the "Batching notifications" must be disabled via System > Batching email notifications. Please note that since 8.4 this feature is enable in Jira by default.

To access this page, click Jira Administration -> Add-ons -> ANONYMIZED PROJECT SYNC -> Configuration.

1. Select a company group that contains all companies intended for synchronization with anonymization.
2. Select a default company.

All users that are not assigned to any of the companies in the User Configuration (see Assigning Users to Companies) will be assigned to the default company. For example, non-assigned users may be Administrators or not yet assigned users.

1. Click Save.
